| Penetrating Sealers penetrate concrete and masonry due to their small molecular size, and can act as a water repellant. However these sealers may only be applied to surfaces after membrane forming sealers, and most curing compounds have been removed. |
| Film Forming Sealers do not penetrate because their larger molecular size. Most of the film forming sealers that we install have a thickness of 1-5 mils thick. |
| Curing Compounds aid in curing of concrete and act as sealers and dust-proofers after the concrete has cured. |
| Epoxy Sealers form a film thickness, and provide great adhesion to concrete. They come in various colors, and shot blast preparation may be required. |
| Urethane Sealers have excellent gloss retention and abrasion resistance. Most are used as top coat for epoxies, but some may be applied directly to concrete. |
